Home Staging

By definition, home staging is the use of limited funds, practical creativity and interior design expertise to prepare a home to sell that is more attractive to potential buyers, sells quickly and for more money. You could say it is a small investment now in hopes of a greater gain in the future.

Home Staging tips are given free with every listing, and tips are all most homes will need. For example, adding some throw pillows to the couch, eliminating clutter, and rearranging those family photos are simple tasks any homeowner can do.

For some homes and some homeowners, hiring a staging service will be appropriate. If this is the case for you, we can help. Our staging service runs $25/hour plus purchases if needed. A typical staging assignment would be allotted a budget. For example, a $300 staging budget could consist of 3 hours of staging ($75) and purchases to add to the home interior of $225.

 Interior Design

Interior Design goes beyond staging. We can help you create the home you've always dreamed of. From draperies to furniture to paint and wallpaper, our team can help take your new home to the next level. We can work with any budget, and the hourly fee is $50.
